We normally would just be gathering for workshops about now. But guess what - we've decided to go virtual with Fossil workshops this year! Stay tuned to register for a free workshop with the 2020 performers including guitar, banjo, mandolin, songwriting, bluegrass singing and bass.
But wait - there is more - For the rest of the summer will be posting a different kind of virtual festival with videos from the 2020 Festival performers and cool stuff from 20 years of Fossil festival history.
The 20th anniversary of the Wheeler County Bluegrass Festival is just around the corner. We hope you are as excited as we are! Still to come on the website is workshop information, jam tent specifics, and the schedule. Stay tuned and also check the facebook page for more up to the minute information: https://www.facebook.com/Fossilbluegrass/
Send your young ones to the kids workshops starting on Saturday morning! Read more about the long legacy of teaching kids bluegrass music on the Youth Learning page.

So sad that Rock Ridge will be unable to join us this year due to an unavoidable conflict, but also thrilled that WHISKEY DEAF will join us again in their place.
